In short

To pay for Spotify Premium with a virtual card, buy a Visa or Mastercard at ZenVCC from a balance funded with crypto, then choose a plan at spotify.com/premium and enter the card. Spotify's support pages say its payment methods depend on the country or region you are in, and that every option for your account's location is shown on the page after you choose a plan (checked October 2026). Spotify decides which cards it accepts.

How Spotify bills your card

Spotify Premium is charged to the payment method on your account each month. If you pay through your mobile provider or another partner, that partner bills you instead.

Other ways Spotify offers

Depending on the country, Spotify also offers PayPal, payment through your mobile provider, iDEAL in the Netherlands, and pay as you go: 1, 3 or 6 months of Premium bought at convenience stores in some regions. Gift cards are no longer sold, though cards bought earlier can still be redeemed (checked October 2026).

Adding the card

Go to spotify.com/premium and choose a plan. The next page shows the payment options for your account's location: choose card and enter the number, expiry date and CVV from My cards, with the billing details shown there. You can change the card later on your Spotify account page.

If the payment fails

Check that the billing details you entered match those in My cards, then try again. Still failing? Contact support at support@zenvcc.com with the card's reference number from My cards. Each merchant decides which cards it accepts, so no card provider can guarantee acceptance.
