Cards and platforms
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, X and most other ad platforms accept Visa and Mastercard cards, including virtual ones. Each platform decides which cards it accepts for each account.
Start with a USA-issued Visa or Mastercard and check its BIN in the catalog. The service guides for Facebook, Google and TikTok ads explain what each platform checks when you add a card.
You can, but one card per ad account is safer: a declined payment or a review on one account then never affects the others.
A virtual card is a payment card that exists only digitally. It has its own number, expiry date and security code, so you can use it online without sharing your main bank card.
Pick a card on the Cards page, add funds to your balance and buy it. The card shows as processing until its details are ready, then its number, expiry and CVV appear in My cards.
Funding and fees
Deposit Bitcoin, USDT on TRC-20 or Solana, TRX or SOL from the Add funds page. Each crypto deposit is checked on its blockchain before your balance is credited.
Always the network shown on the payment step, TRC-20 or Solana, and the exact amount shown there. Your wallet's network fee is paid by you when you send.
It is credited once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and checked. You can follow its status on the deposit page.
No. Every card fee is on the pricing page, the shop shows each card's total before you buy, and any deposit charge is shown on the payment step before you pay.
No monthly account fee.
The pricing page lists every card fee: the card's price, a one-time issue fee and a per-transaction fee. It lists no separate fee for declined payments.
Balance and refunds
Not from the dashboard: it has no withdrawal option, and your balance is used to buy cards. For any question about your balance, contact support.
No. The dashboard has no transfers from a card to your balance or to a bank account.
The order is cancelled and the whole amount, issue fee included, goes back to your balance. You get a notification when it does.
Account and security
It can be. ZenVCC may ask you to verify your identity before you buy a card; when it does, the dashboard asks you to finish it first, and the Verification page shows what to upload.
Photos of the front and back of a national ID card or driving licence (for a passport, the photo page twice), and a selfie holding it. You upload them on the Verification page in your dashboard.
Usually because of unusual activity or a breach of the acceptable use policy. The reason is shown when you sign in, and you can email support if you think it's a mistake.
Your balance and every deposit, purchase and refund are shown in your dashboard. Crypto deposits are checked on the blockchain before they're credited, and a card order that can't be filled is refunded to your balance in full.
A card that supports 3-D Secure, an extra check where the cardholder confirms an online payment, often with a one-time code. The dashboard doesn't show these codes, so a payment that asks for one can't be completed with that card: use a different card.
The merchant asked for 3-D Secure but the card couldn't complete it. Try a different card, or contact support with the card's reference number.
Remove the card from every site where it is saved, buy a new card for those payments, and contact support with the card's reference number from My cards.
No. ZenVCC sells virtual cards that you buy from a balance funded with crypto. It does not offer bank accounts or credit.
