ZenVCC
Verification

Verify once, then get to work

A short identity check keeps the network clean for everyone. Here's exactly what we ask for and why.

What you get

What you'll need

Photos of the front and back of a national ID card or driving licence (for a passport, the photo page twice), and a selfie holding it.

How the review works

Our team reviews every submission. You'll see its status in the dashboard and get a notification when it's done.

When it's needed

If verification is required, the dashboard asks you to finish it before you can buy a card.

Your data, protected

Your photos are stored privately and are only seen by our verification team.

What to expect from ZenVCC

Rejected with no explanation

If a submission isn't approved, the dashboard shows the reason so you can upload new photos.

Accounts frozen with no explanation

If we ever suspend an account, the reason is shown when you sign in.

About ZenVCC
