How Claude bills your card

A Claude plan bought on the web is charged to the card on file each billing period. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google bills you and you change the payment method in your App Store or Google Play account instead.

Adding or changing the card

In Claude, open Settings, then Billing, and click Update next to your payment method. Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV from My cards with the billing details shown there, and save. The new card becomes the default for your next renewals.

Cards you used before

Anthropic's help center says a card you used before may remain stored with its payment processor after you replace it. Renewals use the default card.

Team plans

Anthropic's help center says the Team plan accepts credit, debit or prepaid cards, but not ACH bank transfers (checked October 2026).

If the payment fails

Anthropic's help center says an unsupported payment method will likely be declined, and that it does not take PayPal or Venmo. Check that the billing details you entered match those in My cards, then try again. Still failing? Contact support at support@zenvcc.com with the card's reference number from My cards. Each merchant decides which cards it accepts, so no card provider can guarantee acceptance.

How to get your card

    Deposit Bitcoin, USDT on TRC-20 or Solana, TRX or SOL. Each deposit is checked on the blockchain before your balance is credited.

    Buy a card

    Pick a card by country, network or BIN and pay its price plus the issue fee from your balance. The total is shown before you pay.

  3. 03

    Add it where you pay

    Once your card is ready, its number, expiry date, CVV and billing details are in My cards. Add them to the platform's billing settings.
