Your money, locked down

Protection is on by default, from your first deposit to the card details in My cards.

What you get

Deposits checked on-chain

Every crypto deposit is matched to its transaction on the blockchain before it's credited.

Sign-in history

Settings lists your recent sign-ins with browser, location and IP address. Don't recognise one? Change your password and contact support.

Private card details

Your card's number, expiry and CVV are shown in your account, never to other customers.

One card per use

Give each ad account or tool its own card, so a leaked number affects only that card.

Attack traffic blocked

Requests that look like attacks are detected, and sign-in and account actions are paused automatically for the addresses sending them.

Verified accounts

When verification is required, our team checks every buyer's identity before they can buy cards.

Every card shows its total price before you buy, most show their network, and many their country and BIN. ZenVCC is a technology platform, not a bank.

About ZenVCC

Acceptance and fair use

Ad platforms and merchants decide which payments they accept, so no card provider can guarantee acceptance. Cards are for legitimate advertising and business payments only, never for getting around a platform's rules or bans.

Security FAQ

  • Your balance and every deposit, purchase and refund are shown in your dashboard. Crypto deposits are checked on the blockchain before they're credited, and a card order that can't be filled is refunded to your balance in full.

  • A card that supports 3-D Secure, an extra check where the cardholder confirms an online payment, often with a one-time code. The dashboard doesn't show these codes, so a payment that asks for one can't be completed with that card: use a different card.

  • The merchant asked for 3-D Secure but the card couldn't complete it. Try a different card, or contact support with the card's reference number.

  • Remove the card from every site where it is saved, buy a new card for those payments, and contact support with the card's reference number from My cards.
